B&B TOOLS: Invitation to investor meeting with B&B TOOLS

In conjunction with the publication of the Interim Report for April - September 2012, B&B TOOLS is hereby issuing an invitation to an investor meeting with Ulf Lilius, who will assume the position of President & CEO for B&B TOOLS on 1 November, as well as our current President & CEO Stefan Wigren.

Ulf Lilius and Stefan Wigren will present the B&B TOOLS Group and the most important events during the past quarters and will also comment on the Interim Report.

TIME: Friday 9 November 2012 at 8:00 a.m. (breakfast will be served from 7:45 a.m.).

PLACE: Hotel Scandic Anglais, Humlegårdsgatan 23, Stockholm.

OTHER: The presentation will be in Swedish.
