NEW YORK CITY (dpa-AFX) - Alcoa (AA), Friday named Ken Giacobbe as the Chief Financial Officer or CFO of its Engineered Products and Solutions business group with immediate effect.
Also, the company said that Giacobbe shall also serve on Alcoa's Executive Council. Giacobbe who joined Alcoa as Vice President of Finance for Global Extruded Products in 2004, earlier held senior finance roles at Avaya and Lucent Technologies, among others.
