WASHINGTON (dpa-AFX) - DaVita, the kidney care division of DaVita HealthCare Partners Inc. (DVA) announced the formation of a joint venture with Riches Healthcare or RHC, through which a new entity - DaVita Taiwan - will provide services to four dialysis clinics. DaVita will own a majority share of the joint venture entity.
The company stated that the four clinics currently serviced by RHC are located in and around Taipei, have a combined number of 88 stations and are providing hemodialysis treatments to more than 250 patients.
