"Jenell is an outstanding leader in her business, in the industry, and in the community," said Ron Lamb, president of Reynolds and Reynolds. "I've known and worked with Jenell over the years and applaud her new leadership role for the association."

Founded in 1970, AIADA represents the economic and political interests of America's international nameplate automobile dealers. It also provides information, education opportunities, and business improvement services to its dealer members.
"The Ross dealerships provide an outstanding experience for consumers," Lamb added, "and provide a great example of the new standard in automobile retailing for the future."
Lamb noted that Ross previously had been recognized twice as Black Enterprise magazine's Auto Dealer of the Year. She's also been recognized a number of times in the Great Dayton area for her leadership abilities and volunteer efforts.
