MINNEAPOLIS, April 12, 2013 /PRNewswire/ --Five Star Professional and New Orleans Magazine have teamed up to identify New Orleans wealth managers who satisfy detailed research criteria. Eligible professionals include financial advisors and planners, CPAs and estate planning attorneys.
The Five Star Wealth Manager award program is the largest and most widely published award program in the financial services industry. Award candidates are identified by peer nomination, firm nomination or by a pre-screening process. Self-nominations are not accepted. Candidates are then evaluated against 10 objective criteria including client retention rates, education and professional designations, and a thorough regulatory and complaint review. Consumer surveys augment the complaint review.
Five Star Professional finalizes the list of award winners to be no more than 7% of the wealth managers in the area. The final list will be published in a special section of the October 2013 issue of New Orleans Magazine and on Five Star Professional's website.
