REDWOOD CITY, CA -- (Marketwired) -- 05/13/13 -- Executives from i2c, Inc., a Silicon Valley-based provider of cloud payment processing and emerging commerce solutions, are addressing the Cards & Payments Middle East conference taking place in Dubai, United Arab Emirates on 14-15 May, 2013. i2c's Chief Executive, Amir Wain, and Senior Vice President, Jim Ackerson, will share their forward-looking visions for payments and commerce with delegates of the Middle East's largest gathering of payment and card professionals.
Wain's presentation, "How mobile and digital are shaping the future of commerce", is taking place on 14th May at 11:00 GST. Leveraging i2c's extensive experience in building mobile and digital solutions, Wain will discuss how companies who wish to succeed in the rapidly expanding mobile commerce market will need to adopt a consumer-centric approach in developing their products and services. Richard Bialek, Director, Prepaid Products, Visa CEMEA, will join Wain in this presentation and will discuss Visa's vision for consumer loyalty in mobile commerce.
Ackerson's presentation, "Innovating prepaid with cloud technology", will take place on 15th May at 14:30 GST. Ackerson will draw on i2c's expertise in cloud payment processing to highlight how the technology enables consumers and businesses to find information, communicate and shop in new ways. It will focus on two areas emerging as strategic imperatives for prepaid: customer engagement and speed-to-market. Ackerson's presentation will demonstrate how the cloud helps companies create more personalized customer experiences and launch customized programs quickly and cost effectively.
Delegates of the show, now in its 13th year, will also get the chance to see i2c's technology in action through an interactive mobile commerce experience in the exhibit hall. Delegates may participate by downloading a mobile wallet app at i2cinc.com/oneworld and then visiting the i2c stand (N10) to begin their experience, which will highlight i2c's mobile acquiring, mobile payment and card-linked offer innovations.
