WASHINGTON (dpa-AFX) - Molycorp, Inc. (MCP) said Thursday that the staff of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission has completed its investigation of, among other things, the accuracy of the the company's public disclosures, and that no enforcement action was recommended against the company.
The SEC initiated its investigation of Molycorp in August last year.
Molycorp shares rallied 8.73% in after hours trading after closing the day's regular trading session at $5.61, up 19 cents or 3.51%.
