NEW YORK, June 29, 2013 /PRNewswire/ --Just in time for the July 4th holiday weekend, The Shed BBQ & Blues Jointbrings its line of "junk free" and gluten free sauces and marinades to theSummer Fancy Food Show. And what exactly is "junk free"? Well, If you can't pronounce it or read it without the help of a chemist, don't expect to find it in any of The Shed's products!

The Summer Fancy Food Show, North America's Largest Specialty Food & Beverage Event, will return to New York City from June 30 - July 2, 2013. Attendees can discover 180,000 products including confections, cheese, coffee, snacks, spices, ethnic, natural, organic and more; and connect with 2,400 exhibitors from 80 countries & regions.

The Shed is committed to providing its devoted "ShedHed" followers across the country with the same down-home Southern flavor and charm they've come to expect from its Gulf Coast barbeque and blues joints. The line of sauces and marinades will be on display and ready to sample along with some good 'ol low-and-slow 'que at Booth#5176. Products available for retail sale include:

Spicy Southern Sweet "ShedSpred" BBQ Sauce (MSRP $3.99) - If you're wanting to kick it up a little to go along with some sweet lip smackin' brown sugar, this is the sauce for you!

Spicy Mustard BBQ Sauce (MSRP $3.99) - The Shed had to leave the deep South and climb up to the Carolinas for this sweet and bold mustard-based sauce.

Spicy Vinegar Sauce (MSRP $3.99) - A thin, tart, full of flavor tomato based barbecue sauce with apple cider vinegar, a dash of red pepper and a touch of brown sugar. Sure todelivera spicy yet sweet vinegar kick.

Beef Blaster Marinade (MSRP $4.39) - Bovine cuts get a blast of flavor from The Shed's special blend of soy sauce, cider vinegar, citrus and spices.
