WASHINGTON (dpa-AFX) - United Airlines, a unit of United Continental Holdings, Inc. (UAL), said Monday that its June consolidated traffic fell 0.6% year-over-year to 19.1 billion revenue passenger miles, while its capacity for the month fell 2.0% to 21.8 billion available seat miles.
As a results, United's consolidated load factor for June 2013 increased 1.2 points to 87.7% from 86.5% in June 2012.
United's June 2013 consolidated passenger revenue per available seat mile increased an estimated 3.5% to 4.5% compared to June 2012.
