("Solid Gold") (TSX VENTURE: SLD) announces that as a result of the resignations of Ronald Goldsack and Gary Schellenberg from the board of directors of Solid Gold, the TSX Venture Exchange, effective at the opening on July 12, 2013, has suspended the shares of Solid Gold from trading for failure to have at least three directors pursuant to Exchange requirements.
