(NYSE: TRMR), a leading provider of technology-driven video advertising solutions, announced today the promotion of Michael Schwalb to Vice President and Alex MacNamara to Managing Director, UK, along with new sale hires in New York and Detroit.
Mr. Schwalb is a seasoned executive with over 7 years in the digital media/tech industry and as Vice President, he will continue to oversee premium publisher relationships while also serving as General Manager of the company's VideoHub® enterprise platform for publishers.
Mr. MacNamara has been promoted to Managing Director for Tremor U.K. and will be charged with managing the company's U.K. media and publisher networks, expanding relationships in Europe, and overseeing the development of new strategic initiatives.
Tremor Video, Inc. has also added new members to the sales teams in both Detroit and New York.
- Carolyn Forster has been named Regional Sales Director in Detroit, leading the General Motors account. Prior to Tremor Video, Inc., Ms. Forster joined us from ShareThis and was previously the Sales Director at Yahoo! for close to 5 years.
- Dana McGovern joins the New York Sales team alongside new hire Randi Boublis.
- Ms. McGovern was previously at Zynga and is joining the team as a Sales Director in New York working on the Finance vertical. She has had prior stints managing as East Coast Director at Glam Media as well as vertical category director at CondeNast and About.com.
- Ms. Boublis will be responsible for the growth of Tremor's Northeast region CPG food and beverage revenue overseeing key client and agency relationships such as: Pepsi, Nestle, General Mills, Mondelez (formally Kraft), Coke, Mars and other large CPG brands. She joins from Liberty Media where she was Regional Vice President of Eastern Sales calling on all retail, CPG and alcohol brands. Prior to that, she was a Sales Director at IAC.
