BELTSVILLE, Md., July 26, 2013 /PRNewswire/ --Merrick Towle Communications (MTC), an integrated marketing communications firm in the D.C. metro area, was named a finalist for Best Overall Leasing Campaign for a Rental Apartment Community, the top marketing category of the National Association of Home Builders' (NAHB) annual Multifamily Pillars of the Industry Awards for the year 2013. The award identifies the best real estate marketing in the country. The campaign was developed by MTC for The JBG Companies' Kennedy Row Apartments on Capitol Hill in Washington, D.C.
