Mr. Biles replaces Ms. Cheryl More who has resigned as an officer and director of the Company. Mr. Biles has over 20 years of market and mineral exploration experience and will oversee the exploration and development of the Company's BRC porphyry copper-gold property in northwestern British Columbia and the recently announced Lorne Lake uranium property in the western Athabasca basin of Saskatchewan.
