WASHINGTON (dpa-AFX) - Aruba Networks Inc. (ARUN) Thursday reported fourth-quarter GAAP net loss of $16.3 million or $0.14 per share, wider than $3.0 million or $0.03 per share in the year ago quarter.
Non-GAAP net income for the quarter was $15.1 million or $0.12 per share, down from $22.1 million, or $0.18 per share in the comparable quarter last year. On average, 26 analysts polled by Thomson Reuters expected the company to report earnings of $0.11 per share for the quarter. Analysts' estimates typically exclude special items.
Meanwhile, total revenue for the latest fourth quarter was $153.06 million, down from $139.25 million in the year ago quarter, while twenty five analysts had consensus revenue estimate of $149.33 million for the quarter.
