BofI Holding Set to Join the S&P SmallCap 600

NEW YORK, Sept. 16, 2013 /PRNewswire/ --BofI Holding Inc. (NASD:BOFI) will replace Intermec Inc. (NYSE:IN) in the S&P SmallCap 600 after the close of trading on Wednesday, September 18. S&P 100 & 500 constituent Honeywell International Inc. (NYSE:HON) is acquiring Intermec in a deal expected to be completed tomorrow.

BofI Holding provides financial services to consumers. Headquartered in San Diego, CA, the company will be added to the S&P SmallCap 600 GICS (Global Industry Classification Standard) Thrifts & Mortgage Finance Sub-Industry index.
