(NASDAQ:VPFG) (the "Company"), the holding company for ViewPoint Bank, N.A., today announced a quarterly cash dividend of $0.12 per share. The cash dividend is payable on November 18, 2013, to stockholders of record as of the close of business on November 4, 2013. The dividend of $0.12 per share represents an increase of $0.02 per share, or 20%, over the prior quarter dividend of $0.10 per share.
