of the Financial Conduct Authority and cancellation of trading on the
London Stock Exchange
Further to its announcement on September, 27, 2013,
Volkswagen Aktiengesellschaft hereby announces that:
(i) all ordinary shares (ISIN DE0007664005); and
(ii) all preference shares (ISIN DE0007664039),
in its share capital (together, the 'Shares') have today been delisted from
the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority. Also the admission
to trading of the Shares on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange
('LSE') has been cancelled.
