(NYSE: CHGG) today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 15,000,000 shares of common stock at a price to the public of $12.50 per share. Of the shares in the offering, 14,400,000 shares are being offered by Chegg and 600,000 shares are being offered by a selling stockholder. The shares are expected to begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange on November 13, 2013 under the symbol "CHGG". In addition, the underwriters have a 30-day option to purchase up to 2,250,000 additional shares of common from Chegg to cover over-allotments, if any.
