P/F Atlantic Petroleum (OMX: FO-ATLA) today announces that from 13th December
2013 the Company will be primary listed on NASDAQ OMX Copenhagen instead of
NASDAQ OMX Iceland.
With reference to the Company's announcement from 13th November 2013 regarding the Company's application for a delisting from NASDAQ OMX Iceland we have been informed that the delisting process has been delayed as NASDAQ OMX Iceland is awaiting a determination from the National Bank of Iceland on how Icelandic investors in the Company can trade in the Company's shares following a delisting. The Company still expects a delisting shortly.
