Canoe EIT Income Fund (formerly EnerVest Diversified Income Trust) ("Canoe" or the "Fund") (TSX: EIT.UN) today announced that units accepted for the voluntary annual redemption will be redeemed at a price of $12.94 per unit in Canadian dollars. This price is equal to 95% of the average net asset value per unit based on the three business days preceding the redemption date of December 13, 2013, less direct costs. Payment of the redemption proceeds will be made on or before December 20, 2013. Units that were not accepted for redemption have been returned to unitholders.
