(NYSE and Euronext NYSE: CSTM) announced today that it had filed a shelf registration statement on Form F-1 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on behalf of an existing shareholder of the Company. The Company will not receive any proceeds from any sales of ordinary shares pursuant to the registration statement.
