Attorneys from Saltz, Mongeluzzi, Barrett, & Bendesky, P.C., issued the statement on behalf of the family that it represents in the aftermath of the November 17, 2013 Harrah's Race Track accident in which Mr. Coletta was seriously injured. The 31-year-old driver suffered numerous fractures, brain and skull injuries as a result of being thrown from his sulky and then trampled. Following several surgeries, he is receiving around-the-clock care at a rehabilitation hospital in New Jersey where family members are continuously by his side.
