Corium International, Inc. Files Registration Statement for Proposed Initial Public Offering

MENLO PARK, Calif., March 3, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Corium International, Inc., a commercial stage biopharmaceutical company focused on the development, manufacture and commercialization of specialty transdermal pharmaceutical products, announced today that it has filed a registration statement on Form S-1 with the Securities and Exchange Commission for a proposed initial public offering of its common stock. All of the shares to be sold in the proposed offering will be offered by Corium. The number of shares to be sold and the price range for the proposed offering have not yet been determined. Corium plans to list its common stock on the NASDAQ Global Market under the ticker symbol "CORI."

Jefferies LLC and Leerink Partners LLC will act as joint book-running managers for the offering. Needham & Company, LLC and FBR Capital Markets & Co. will act as co-managers.
