CANBERA (dpa-AFX) - Australia will release gross domestic product numbers for the fourth quarter of 2013, highlighting a modest day for Asia-Pacific economic activity.
GDP is expected to rise 2.5 percent on year and 0.7 percent on quarter after adding 2.3 percent on year and 0.6 percent on quarter in Q3.
Australia also will see February results for the AiG Performance of Services Index; in January, the index saw a score of 49.3.
China will see February results for the services PMI from HSBC and Markit Economics; in January, the index came in at 50.7.
The Philippines will release producer price data for January and consumer price numbers for February. PPI was up 0.5 percent on month and down 4.0 percent on year in December. CPI added 0.5 percent on month and 4.2 percent on year in January.
