("Hannon Armstrong" or the "Company;" NYSE: HASI), a leading provider of debt and equity for sustainable infrastructure projects, today announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.22 per share of common stock, payable on April 9, 2014, to stockholders of record on March 27, 2014.
Based upon the Company's common stock closing price of $14.38 per share on March 13, 2014, the dividend represents an annualized yield of 6.1%.
