Greenwood Village, Colo. - April 9, 2014 - Ciber® announced today that TALLY WEiJL, a leading fashion retailer with some 800 stores in 37 countries, chose Ciber Managed Services (http://www.ciber.com/us/index.cfm/services/managed-services/) to oversee its SAP® applications and solution landscape. Through the engagement, Ciber will support a variety of SAP solutions, including the SAP ERP applications being used for financial accounting, controlling, sales and distribution, as well as the SAP NetWeaver® Process Integration offering and the SAP Business Warehouse application.

"We've already seen productivity gains with our use of SAP applications," said Sylvain Coquio, chief information officer for TALLY WEiJL. "We chose Ciber Managed Services because we anticipate more control over our system operating expenses while gaining quick response on issue resolution."

Prior to contracting with Ciber, TALLY WEiJL had been managing all applications in-house. The company switched to a managed services model to achieve reductions in staffing, operations and maintenance expense without sacrificing the quality of end-user support. Ciber delivers to service-level agreements using expert staff and rigorous measurement protocols.

TALLY WEiJL manages most of the company's business processes with the help of SAP applications, according to the company's Chief Financial Officer Simon Michell, who talked about his company's use of SAP solutions in a brief video (http://global.sap.com/asset/index.epx?id=B329C0AE-0F7E-499F-8B64-37F4C8D4A873).

"TALLY WEiJL has grown dramatically and very quickly in a competitive market," said Ciber's International Director Michael Schmidt, who has been leading the consulting company's European Managed Services practice through a period of growth for the past year and a half. "I know that SAP software is considered a foundation technology to support future growth. With Ciber Managed Services, TALLY WEiJL will be able to free up resources for more strategic work to support strategic business objectives."

Ciber serves more than 180 major retailers worldwide and is a specialist in SAP solutions for retailers. The consulting company has since delivered a variety of SAP solutions to help retailers reduce inventory, lower costs, speed fulfillment and raise profit.

Ciber is an SAP services partner, an SAP channel partner and an SAP-certified provider of hosting and application management services. Since Ciber started supporting SAP solutions in 1989, it has amassed more than 2,000 clients using SAP solutions, as well as the skills and experience to assist customers with all aspects of their implementations of SAP software.
