BEIJING (dpa-AFX) - South Korea will on Thursday release preliminary numbers for Q1 gross domestic product, highlighting a modest day in Asia-Pacific economic activity.
GDP is expected to rise 0.8 percent on quarter and 3.9 percent on year - accelerating from 0.9 percent on quarter and 3.7 percent on year in the fourth quarter of 2014.
China will see March results for the leading and coincident indexes from the Conference Board; in February, they were up 0.9 percent on month and down 0.2 percent, respectively.
Japan will provide March results for its corporate service price index, with analysts expecting no change at 0.7 percent on year.
