Chef de Cuisine Brandon Stevens is proud to present this robust menu to Cleveland diners. Chef Stevens is new to Cleveland as he grew up in Amory, Mississippi, and began his culinary career in South Carolina, specializing in low country cuisine. Chef Brandon competes in world class BBQ competitions and is part of a world championship BBQ team. His family even has their own BBQ rub, Betts Seasoning, which is featured on the "Pigs & Pinot" menu.

From memories of smelling glazed pig roasting in the family's supermarket or snacking on fried pork skins while we fished together, this menu incorporates nods to them and the cuisine I grew up enjoying," says Chef Stevens.
Located in The Ritz-Carlton, Cleveland, MUSE offers a casually chic dining experience featuring contemporary American cuisine inspired by simple farm-to-table ingredients cooked to perfection.
