(NYSE: SYX) today announced it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire SCC Services B.V., a supplier of business-to-business IT products and services with operations in the Netherlands, subject to certain closing conditions, including approval by the Netherlands Authority for Consumers and Markets. Financial terms of the acquisition, which is expected to close later in the second quarter, were not disclosed.
