REDMOND (dpa-AFX) - Bill Gates disclosed in regulatory filings that he has sold a total of 7.85 million shares in Microsoft Corp. (MSFT). Following these transactions, Gates owns approximately 330.14 million shares in the Redmond, Washington-based company.
Specifically, Gates sold 3.25 million shares on April 29th and 4.60 million shares on April 30 th.
This paves way for former chief executive Steve Ballmer gaining the top individual spot with 333.25 million Microsoft shares.
