Sharon Penner, a Chartered Accountant, has over 20 years of industry experience including 5 with Eguana as Controller and Director of Finance during Eguana's initial years on the TSX-V. More recently, Sharon was Controller at Access Pipeline for over 6 years from inception of the project, through construction of the pipeline and development of Access Pipeline as an operating entity.
On April 16, 2014 the company issued 510,000 options to new officers, employees and consultants under its Employee Stock Option Plan at prices ranging between $0.40 and $0.44. Under the Stock Option Plan vesting of new options issued to employees and officers is subject, inter alia, to the Company achieving two consecutive Quarters of positive earnings before interest taxes and depreciation.
