WASHINGTON (dpa-AFX) - Teleflex Inc. (TFX) announced that it priced its offering of $250.0 million aggregate principal amount of 5.25% senior notes due 2024 at an issue price of 100% in a private placement.
The company said the sale of the Notes is expected to close on May 21, 2014.
Teleflex said it intends to use the net proceeds from the offering to repay about $245.0 million of borrowings under its revolving credit facility.
