HOUSTON, July 14, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- TNT Crane & Rigging, Inc. is pleased to announce that it has purchased the assets of Rent-A-Crane, Inc., an Oklahoma City based provider of crane lifting services to the energy industry in Oklahoma and the Texas Panhandle. This acquisition strengthens TNT's geographic footprint in the Mid-Continent region and offers significant growth potential for the combined operations. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Rent-A-Crane's and TNT's shared experience and focus on energy and energy-related end-markets is a complementary and powerful strategic fit and will enable TNT to capitalize on new opportunities and expand its presence in the region. Customers will benefit from the sum of expanded service, manpower and resources available through this acquisition.
