IFS (http://www.ifsworld.com/en/), the global enterprise applications company, announces that Estudio Cerámico (http://www.estudioceramico.es/) and Dune (http://www.dune.es/en), part of a leading Spanish ceramics group, has chosen to deploy IFS Applications (http://www.ifsworld.com/en/solutions/ifs-applications/) to support all business-critical processes at their headquarters in Sant Joan de Moró (Castellón) and at the group's subsidiaries at 11 sites worldwide.
Following an exhaustive selection process, Estudio Cerámico and Dune chose IFS Applications to support business-critical processes such as financials, human resources, project management, manufacturing, distribution, CRM, document management, and maintenance. The solution will be rolled out to 215 users working at 11 sites in Argentina, Australia, Brazil, China, Spain, France, Mexico, Portugal, the U.K., and the U.S.
The component-based architecture and extensive standard functionality of IFS Applications will minimize both implementation time and the cost of using the software throughout its lifecycle.
"We spent many years working with a custom ERP system which suited our existing needs but limited us in terms of international growth and the ability to adapt to new technologies," Estudio Cerámico and Dune Director General Ismael Carne said. "We chose IFS because of the simplicity and agility of their solution, coupled with their global presence, which guarantees high service levels throughout our international organization."
"We are very pleased to welcome Estudio Cerámico and Dune to our installed base," IFS Ibérica CEO Gustavo Brito said. "This is a strategically important client with a multinational profile and we look forward to supporting their future growth with our solutions."
