MILPITAS (dpa-AFX) - KLA-Tencor Corporation (KLAC) Thursday reported fourth-quarter net income of $128.7 million or $0.77 per share, down from $134.8 million or $0.80 per share last year.
Revenues for the quarter rose to $734.3 million from $720.0 million last year.
Analysts polled by Thomson Reuters expected earnings of $0.86 per share on revenues of $733.17 million for the quarter. Analysts' estimates typically exclude special items.
