CAPE CANAVERAL, Fla., July 30, 2014 /PRNewswire/ --IAP Worldwide Services, Inc. ("IAP" or the "Company") announced the addition of two key executives. Douglas Kitani joined IAP as Chief Executive Officer and Terry DeRosa joined IAP as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Doug will report to the Board of Directors and Terry will report to the CEO and the Board of Directors.

Mr. Kitani most recently served as head of portfolio strategies for DynCorp International. He has more than 20 years of leadership experience including as a private equity investment and operating executive after starting his career as a U.S. Army helicopter pilot following graduation from the U.S. Military Academy, West Point. Mr. Kitani was also named as a director of the Board of Directors of IAP Global Services, LLC, the parent company of IAP Worldwide Services, Inc.
Regarding Mr. DeRosa, Bud Flanagan added: "A seasoned veteran of over 30 years, executive management experience in Finance and Operations, Terry brings a unique set of leadership skills to our team." DeRosa most recently served as the CFO of Kestrel Enterprises, Inc. which was acquired by the Boeing Company in 2008. Prior to Boeing, he was the President of DRS Technologies, Inc. Electronic Systems group. He is a graduate of the University of Connecticut with a BS in Accounting, and MBA in Finance from the University of Hartford and has completed several management certificate programs. He is also a member of numerous armed forces associations.
