WASHINGTON (dpa-AFX) - Continental Resources, Inc. (CLR) said Thursday that its President and Chief Operating Officer, W.F. Bott, has resigned to pursue other opportunities.
Bott's duties will be absorbed by the company's senior management.
Continental also said it is ahead of its 5-year plan to triple production and proved reserves from 2012 to 2017 and that it maintains its leadership position as the largest oil producer in the Rockies, the Bakken and the SCOOP play.
