(TSX VENTURE: CYU)(FRANKFURT: VOR) (the "Company" or "Columbia Yukon") announces that it has received TSX Venture Exchange (the "TSX-V") acceptance and will officially change its name to BC Moly Ltd. The name change was approved by the directors of the Company on September 8, 2014 pursuant to the Articles of the Company and was implemented as part of a renewal process under new management.
Trading under the new name "BC Moly Ltd." will commence on the TSX-V at the opening of trading on September 24, 2014 under TSX-V symbol "BM" (CUSIP: 05543Q105; ISIN: CA 05543Q1054).
