NEW DELHI (dpa-AFX) - Home furniture retailer Wayfair (W) Tuesday said it closed its initial public offering of 12.65 million Class A common shares at a price of $29.00 a share.
A total of 10.50 million shares were sold by Wayfair, and a total of 2.15 million shares were sold by certain selling stockholders.
The shares began trading on the New York Stock Exchange on October 2 under the symbol 'W.'
Boston, massachusetts-based Wayfair home furnishings and decor with additional locations in New York, Ogden, Utah, Hebron, Kentucky, Galway, Ireland, London, Berlin and Sydney.
