"This strategic realignment marks a significant milestone in Era's development and will better position the Company to execute the strategy that we articulated when we established Era as an independent company. By enhancing clarity and accountability, our new organizational structure will lead to more efficient operations and allow us to deliver excellent customer service in the most cost-effective manner," said Era's Acting Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer, Christopher Bradshaw.
