HOUSTON, TX -- (Marketwired) -- 10/30/14 -- Northstar Healthcare Inc. (TSX: NHC) will release its financial results for the third quarter of 2014 on November 12, 2014. The company also announces, on a preliminary consolidated basis, that its estimated revenue for the third quarter is between $16 and $17 million, compared to the 2013 third quarter revenue of $7.6 million.
Northstar also announces that Mr. Douglas Samuelson has resigned his position of General Counsel due to personal reasons. Northstar hopes to continue its relationship with Mr. Samuelson who, prior to his time as General Counsel, served as a director with Northstar.
