(TSX VENTURE: AHI) ("Agility Health"), a leading provider of physical rehabilitation and software services that benefit patients, healthcare providers and employers, has granted an aggregate 90,000 incentive stock options to its independent directors, Messrs. Robert Herr, Robert Metcalfe, and Pierre Labbe, with each director receiving 30,000 stock options. The stock options are exercisable at a price of $0.25 and expire five years from the date of grant. The stock options vest in three equal installments on the first, second, and third anniversaries of the grant.
