CANBERA (dpa-AFX) - Singapore will on Wednesday release October figures for industrial output, highlighting a light day for Asia-Pacific economic activity.
Analysts are looking for an increase of 2.7 percent on month and a gain of 0.5 percent on year following the 3.3 percent monthly decline and the 1.2 percent yearly contraction in September.
Australia will see Q3 numbers for construction work done, as well as November results for the consumer sentiment index from Westpac.
Construction work is expected to decline 1.9 percent following the 1.2 percent contraction in the second quarter. The sentiment index had a score of 110.9 in October.
Japan will see November numbers for its small business confidence index, with forecasts suggesting a score of 47.5 - up marginally from 47.4 in October.
