CANBERA (dpa-AFX) - Australia will on Monday release November numbers for home loans, highlighting a light day for Asia-Pacific economic activity.
In October, the number of loans was up 0.3 percent, while the value of loans added 1.0 percent. Investment lending also was up 1.0 percent.
Australia also will see December numbers for job advertisements from ANZ; in November, ads were up 0.7 percent on month.
Finally, the stock markets in Japan are closed on Monday for Coming of Age Day, and will re-open on Tuesday.
