(TSXV: SDS) ("Seair" or the "Company") announced that Dr. Mian, formerly the Executive Director, NAIT Applied Research Center for Oil Sands Sustainability, has resigned as a director of Seair effective January 16, 2015. Mr. Mian is moving to a new position in his career that is not conducive to remaining on the board of Seair. "Haneef has been a great resource for the company in the past and we wish him well in his future endeavors", said Seair CEO and director Jeff Seibert. The board has begun the process of identifying Dr. Mian's replacement.
