SALT LAKE CITY, UT -- (Marketwired) -- 02/06/15 -- Dundee Hills Group, the marketing and PR agency group whose holdings include Wall Street Communications, 202 Communications, InGear, and Redpines, today announced four new executive appointments as part of a corporate restructuring designed to promote growth.
In his new position as president of Dundee Hills Group, Bob Decker will focus on creating an operational, sales, and services infrastructure to guide the agency group toward future growth. He will also continue as head of Redpines, the content creation and strategic marketing agency, which includes the former microelectronics practice of Wall Street Communications. Decker has been one of the agency group's owners since 1999.
Susan Warren has been promoted to Dundee Hill Group's chief business development officer. Most recently, Warren served as the president of Wall Street Communications, joining the agency over nine years ago as a senior account manager and contributing 20 years of broadcast industry sales and marketing experience to a wide range of clients. In her new role, Warren will be responsible for global business development and sales efforts across all four of the company's agencies. Prior to joining Wall Street Communications, Warren managed sales operations and domestic distribution programs for a major broadcast vendor and was actively involved in building their sales infrastructure systems.
Carolyn Archambault will replace Warren as head of Wall Street Communications. Archambault has served Dundee Hills Group in a variety of capacities over the last 15 years, most recently as general manager of 202 Communications. She now returns to Wall Street Communications to manage the account services team and guide the agency's client development efforts.
For the past four years, Neil Howman has been responsible for the business development efforts of 202 Communications, a role that grew to encompass all agencies in Dundee Hills Group, with a focus on Europe. In recognition of his success, he now takes over as head of 202 Communications.
"The primary strength of the Dundee Hills Group is the number of dedicated and talented individuals we have, who are always looking for new challenges and drive us to continuously improve and expand our services to clients," said Chris Lesieutre, Dundee Hills Group CEO. "This executive restructuring puts Dundee Hills Group in a prime position to grow and evolve as a family of agencies that delivers a wide range of content marketing services to targeted markets on a global basis, while allowing us to better explore new business ventures."
