TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 02/28/15 -- Ecuador will be present in one of the largest and most important mining fairs in the world. The Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada, PDAC 2015, being held in the Metro Toronto Convention Centre, in Toronto, Canada.
The fair gathers the most important and key mining representatives from all over the world.
In the PDAC 2015 Ecuador will promote the countries mining projects, as well as the characteristics thereof through representatives and technicians from different public and private mining institutions.
The main purpose of this important event is not only to promote the projects but to bring investment, and showcase Ecuador's potential in the governance of its natural resources especially in the wealth of its geological resources, explained the Coordinating Minister for Strategic Sectors Rafael Poveda Bonilla.
The agenda of the fair also includes the Ecuador Day, in which the country made overtures to interested investors, including representatives from governments and industries from several countries, where it will present and promote mining in Ecuador through round table discussion and exhibitions.
