The Company's shareholders elected Harry Fleming, Richard Ganley, Jennifer Houser (Pfahler), and Steve Ozonian as directors of the Company by the following vote totals.

Nobilis also announces the resignation of Harry Fleming as the company's President. Mr. Fleming will continue with the company as Executive Chairman of the Board and will continue to lead the company's mergers and acquisitions activities.
