WASHINGTON (dpa-AFX) - Synaptics Inc (SYNA), a developer of human interface solutions, on Monday said it has appointed Wajid Ali as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Ali replaces current CFO Kathleen Bayless, who announced her retirement in December.
Ali joins Synaptics from Teledyne Technologies, where he most recently served as Vice President and Controller. He also held key financial management positions at AMD and ATI.
