WASHINGTON (dpa-AFX) - ConAgra Foods, Inc., (CAG) said Tuesday that it has bought Blake's All Natural Foods, a family-owned company that makes natural and organic frozen meals, including pot pies, casseroles, pasta dishes and other entrees.
Terms of the all-cash deal were not disclosed.
Blake's All Natural Foods has about 60 employees based in Concord, N.H. Chris Licata will continue to lead the Blake's business from its headquarters in Concord.
ConAgra Foods said the deal has no impact to its previously communicated debt reduction commitments for fiscal 2015.
